A partnership with DB Vending would begin with an assessment survey we would share with you to help us understand your bespoke managerial needs, such as: a timeline to guide the process and set milestone expectations, ascertaining the type of vending equipment you would like installed, and evaluating the placement areas within the building, among other key details.

Product Preference Survey

We believe that it’s important for the staff and visitors of your facility to have a voice in deciding which products are stocked in the vending machines. We can partner with you to distribute a custom survey which will help us better understand their dietary preferences, restrictions, and general brand favorites so everyone can feel excited about what’s to come.

As your partners and vending machine experts, our job will be to make your job easier. Our specialists are available to deliver product, clean, repair, or refill machines at any time of the day, Monday through Friday so you can remain focused on your priorities. We place company stickers with our direct contact information on the side of all of our machines, therefore, if any of your tenants encounters an issue with a machine when you’re not around, there’s no confusion on who they can turn to for help to troubleshoot the issue.
